ATHLETIC FIELDS AND SPORTS HALL RENTAL INFORMATION

Sport-Specific Rental of Sports Hall

  • »  Full Field: $345/hr, November-April (for April-October, call for discount rates)
  • »  One-Third Field: $115/hr (6v6 field 30 yds. x 55 yds.)
  • »  Discounts available for full season rentals (November 1-April 30)

  • Rental Priority

  • »  NSC Facility Associate Member: NSC is seeking partners for the NSC Sports Hall on an ongoing basis. The NSC would like to welcome Rebels SC as an associate member. NSC Associate Members will hold long term contracts on priority hours for NSC Sports Hall use. Contact Bob Williams at 763.785.5614 or bwilliams@nscsports.org for information on becoming an associate member.
  • »  Other Renters:
    • »  Full season contracts (November 1-April 30) awarded August 1.
    • »  Partial season contracts require two month minimum and will be awarded after September 15.
    • »  Individual date contracts
      • »  November-December dates awarded after September 15.
      • »  January-February dates awarded after November 15.
      • »  March-April date awarded after January

Outdoor Athletic Field Rental

  • »  $75/hr for one standard field (Stadium and field U2 not included)
  • »  $150/game for one standard field (Stadium and field U2 not included)
  • »  Discounts available for multi-week/hr rentals
  • »  $410 tournament day rate
  • »  Additional costs: lining if different then 11v11 soccer field, extra portable restrooms, bleachers, lights, PA system, etc

Making a Rental Request

  • »  Following information is required when making rental request:
    • »  Renter's group/club name, address, phone number, hours and dates of potential rental
    • »  Brief explanation of what the rental space will be used for training, camp, tournament, etc.
  • »  Documents below must be on file prior to rental date:
    • »  Certificate of Insurance with the National Sports Center Foundation listed as an additionally insured
    • »  ST-3 form for tax exempt renters

Rental Rules

  • »  A full set of the rules will accompany the rental contract.
  • »  The user shall not conduct any sales of food and/or beverage at the NSCF.
  • »  No permanent or temporary advertising, signage or trademark visibility is allowed anywhere at the facility without prior written approval.
