Liability Waiver

Each player should complete the online waiver prior to the start of league play. Please note that the team roster must be completed by the team manager before using the online waiver.

USA Hockey registration is MANDATORY for all MN Wild Adult League participants.

2010-2011 season should be posted by Mid April

 

USA Hockey membership is $40 per player payable by credit card at time of registering with USA HOCKEY.

Visit USA Hockey BEFORE your first league game to complete your online registration. Reminder: Print your registration confirmation bar code and bring to your first game.
