Facility and Campus Updates

The National Sports Center will have many updates on campus with new artificial turf fields as well as new roads and infrastrcuture for easy campus navigation.

June 5, 2026 – Construction Notice, 105th Avenue is Open

Great news for athletes, families, and visitors traveling to the National Sports Center—the new roundabout at 105th Avenue is now open!

This improvement will help keep traffic moving more efficiently while enhancing safety and access throughout the area. 

Thank you to the City of Blaine for their work on this important infrastructure improvement. We appreciate everyone’s patience during construction and look forward to welcoming visitors through this upgraded corridor.

April 9, 2026 – Construction Update

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early due to construction in the north metro, including on-campus road work and parking delays.
 
Blaine is going through some major development and construction plans around the National Sports Center. 105th Avenue will be closed from the National Sports Center main entrance eastbound to Old Nassau Street from March 30 through June 15, 2026, due to the 105th Avenue Redevelopment Project. 
 
There will be no westbound access from Radisson Road onto 105th Avenue into the National Sports Center campus.
 
General advice if your team is arriving to campus:
  • If entering from the west side of campus, and entering north on Highway 65, continue to 105th Avenue, and enter the facility as usual.
  • If entering on the east side of campus, from Highway 35 and traveling north on Radisson Road, continue to 109th Avenue, go east, then use Davenport Street to access the main NSC entrance
  • General advice if your team is playing on Fields 54-56:
  • If entering on the east side of campus, from Highway 35 and traveling north on Radisson Road, Victory Links and Lot M will only be accessible from Radisson Road going southbound, so you will need to turn around. .
  • And is entering from the west side of campus, and entering north on Highway 65, continue to 109th Avenue, head east, then go south on Radisson Road to access Victory Links and Lot M.

March 27, 2026 – Construction Notice, 105th Avenue Closure

105th Avenue will be closed from the main entrance of the National Sports Center – eastbound to old Nassau Street – from March 30 to June 15th, 2026, to support the 105th Redevelopment project.  There will be no westbound access off 105th Ave. from Radisson Road into the National Sports Center Campus.  Access to Victory Links will only be available off Radisson Road.  Access to the main entrance on campus will be eastbound from Davenport St.
