FINAL TEAM CHECK IN
- Weekend teams: Thursday, July 7th 3-9pm.
- Weeklong teams: Monday, July 11th 3-9pm.
- You must check in at the listed times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DANCES
Dance the night away at one of the Target USA CUP Player Dances! ONLY weeklong participants – NO weekend players will be allowed.
- Neon Dance (11U-14U) – Thursday, July 14th, 7:30-9:30pm
- Grand Dance (15U-19U) – Friday, July 15th, 8:00-11:00pm
- Both dances will take place in Rink 7 of the Super Rink.
OPENING CEREMONIES & ROCK THE CUP
Reminder: Opening Ceremonies Team Line-up has a new location this year! Lineup begins at 6:00PM near Lot J, but teams are welcome to begin lining up earlier. Opening Ceremonies will begin at 7:00pm on Tuesday, July 12th.
Rock the Cup will be from 9:00-10:00pm, directly after Opening Ceremonies.
GAME DAY TIPS
Water
- Stay hydrated! Water refill station/fountain is located in the Welcome Center on campus by Tournament HQ. Water for purchase will be available at all NSC Concession locations.
Sunscreen
- Protect your skin and bring plenty of sunscreen to Target USA CUP.
Early Arrival / Parking video

Weather Prep
- Make sure you and your team are following Target USA CUP social media pages to be aware of severe weather updates.
- Severe weather updates will also be posted on the Schedules/Scores page.
SuperStore – Credit ONLY!
- Visit the USA CUP Superstore located in the Sports Expo for all the USA CUP swag and accessories. This is a CREDIT only store; cash will not be accepted.

MLS All-Star Skills Tour Bus
Show us your skills at the MLS All-Star Skills on Tour! Players will be able to participate in the Shooting and Crossbar Challenges. The top scorer will win two tickets to the MLS All-Star Skills Challenge at Allianz Field on August 9th and their chance to win $25,000!
The All-Star Skills Challenge will be at Field 23 on Sunday, July 10th and Tuesday, July 12th.
MOA
Free bussing will be available from the National Sports Center and the Dorms at UMN and UNW on Thursday, July 14th and Saturday, July 16th.
