With 350 teams representing eight states and provinces, the NSC All American Cup filled every corner of the campus with high energy, competitive soccer and a variety of summer treats.
As the National Sports Center photographer, my job is to capture special moments at our tournaments. This past weekend, in the company of over 5,250 athletes playing the game they love, I felt incredibly lucky to be in this line of work at this particular facility. Every smile and team cheer was contagious. Places that spark this much joy in countless young players are few and far between. Nevertheless, it’s weekends like the All American Cup that add an extraordinary level of character to our campus — and make my job so much fun.
