What is your team most looking forward to at Target USA CUP?
“Competing and representing our club the best way possible.”
How have you prepared for Target USA CUP 2023?
“We’ve been doing extra practice days, lots of fitness and working on incorporating new players to our group.”
What makes your team stand out from other teams? Is there a specific point of pride for your club?
“Style of play. We truly embrace playing the game technically, creatively, skillfully and with expressiveness. We take pride in playing from the back and being aggressive both offensively and defensively. Very fluid and attractive. Lots of passing and moving off the ball. Giving away very few opportunities while creating a lot.”
If you had to compare your team to any pro team, what would it be?
“I think we’re probably a hybrid of multiple playing styles. But if we had to choose it would be a team that creates chances and defends well: Bayern Munich.”
Does your team have a favorite memory? If so, what is it?
“Yes, winning the Target USA CUP qualifier in Austin on penalty kicks.”
What is one thing you would like to do while you are in Minnesota outside of playing soccer?
“Lots to look forward to, meeting/seeing new teams especially international teams. Opening ceremony will be cool as well.”
